Refund Policy
This page explains when Aquavelle Plumbing Services may review refund requests related to plumbing repairs, leak detection, drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installation, water heater services, maintenance, inspections, emergency plumbing, and other plumbing services.
When a refund may be reviewed
- Duplicate, incorrect, or accidental charges for the same plumbing service or appointment.
- A plumbing service canceled by the company when another suitable appointment or reasonable alternative arrangement cannot be provided.
- A prepaid plumbing repair, inspection, installation, or maintenance appointment canceled within the cancellation period agreed at the time of booking.
- A payment made because of a clear technical or processing error.
- A payment made for a plumbing service that was not provided because of circumstances caused by the service team.
- A reasonable exception that has been reviewed and specifically approved by the plumbing services team.
- A payment for a service that could not reasonably be started because the agreed plumbing arrangements were changed by the service team.
- An amount charged in error because a requested plumbing service was not included in the final service arrangements.
- A payment for a canceled service where no plumbing work, inspection, preparation, or other related service was provided.
Non-refundable situations
- Plumbing repairs, drain services, installation work, maintenance, inspections, or other plumbing services that have already been completed.
- Missed plumbing appointments where the required cancellation notice was not provided.
- Services that have already been partially or fully performed.
- Additional plumbing repairs, parts, materials, inspections, or services that were requested and approved by the customer before the work was completed.
- Personal scheduling changes made after a plumbing appointment has already passed.
- Requests based only on a change of mind after plumbing work has been completed.
- Costs related to work, time, transportation, materials, replacement parts, or additional services already used for the customer's plumbing request.
- Charges for emergency attendance or diagnostic work that has already been provided.
Appointment cancellations
If you are unable to attend or proceed with a scheduled plumbing appointment, we recommend contacting the plumbing services team as early as possible. Advance notice may allow the appointment to be moved to another available time and may help the service team manage technicians, equipment, vehicles, materials, and daily schedules.
Cancellation and rescheduling options may depend on the type of plumbing service, appointment duration, requested repair, inspection requirements, parts prepared, technician availability, service urgency, and the conditions communicated when the booking was arranged.
Short-notice cancellations may affect the ability to assign a technician, equipment, replacement parts, or another appointment to the requested time. For this reason, the timing of a cancellation may be considered when reviewing a refund request.
Plumbing repair services
Plumbing repair services may include leaking pipe repairs, faucet repairs, toilet repairs, sink repairs, drain problems, water supply issues, pipe replacement, fixture repairs, and other plumbing work selected by the customer.
The time and work required for a plumbing repair can vary depending on the location of the problem, accessibility, condition of the plumbing system, type of fixture, age of the equipment, extent of the damage, required materials, and other practical circumstances.
Because plumbing services involve technician time, preparation, travel, tools, equipment, materials, and physical work, completed portions of a plumbing service are generally not refundable simply because the customer later changes their plans or expectations.
Leak detection services
Leak detection services may involve checking visible plumbing, fixtures, pipes, connections, water supply lines, drainage areas, or other parts of a plumbing system to help identify the source or general location of a reported problem.
Customers are encouraged to provide accurate information about visible water leaks, damp areas, dripping fixtures, water stains, unusual sounds, water pressure changes, or other signs of a plumbing issue before the appointment.
If a technician has already attended the property, inspected the plumbing, performed diagnostic work, or provided information about the reported problem, the completed portion of the service may not be refundable.
Drain cleaning services
Drain services may include clearing blocked sinks, drains, showers, tubs, toilets, or other drainage areas. The work required may depend on the location and severity of the blockage, access to the drain, condition of the pipes, and other circumstances.
If drain cleaning or blockage-related work has already been performed, charges for completed work, technician time, equipment use, or materials are generally not refundable.
Where appropriate, the plumbing team may review concerns about the completed service and discuss a reasonable follow-up or practical solution.
Pipe repair and replacement
Pipe services may include repairs to damaged, leaking, worn, or otherwise problematic plumbing pipes and connections. In some situations, replacement of a damaged section or component may be recommended instead of a temporary repair.
The final approach may depend on the condition and accessibility of the plumbing, the location of the problem, available materials, and other practical factors.
If pipe repair or replacement work has already been performed, charges relating to completed labor, materials, replacement components, preparation, or other used services are generally not refundable.
Fixture installation
Plumbing installation services may include faucets, sinks, toilets, shower fixtures, water-related equipment, valves, connections, and other approved plumbing fixtures or components.
Customers should communicate any relevant installation requirements, existing plumbing conditions, preferred fixtures, access limitations, or other practical details before the work begins whenever reasonably possible.
If an installation has already been completed or partially performed, the related portion of the service is generally not refundable. Materials or components specifically prepared or purchased for an approved installation may also be considered when reviewing a refund request.
Water heater services
Water heater services may include inspection, repair, maintenance, replacement, connection work, or other plumbing assistance related to water heating equipment.
The condition and age of the equipment, existing connections, accessibility, required components, and nature of the reported problem may affect the time and work required.
If inspection, repair, installation, maintenance, or diagnostic work has already been performed, the completed portion of the service is generally not refundable.
Emergency plumbing services
Emergency plumbing requests may involve active leaks, overflowing fixtures, blocked drains, damaged pipes, loss of water supply, leaking water heaters, or other urgent plumbing concerns.
Emergency service arrangements may require rapid scheduling, technician availability, transportation, tools, equipment, and preparation. Because these resources may be assigned specifically for an urgent request, cancellation terms may differ from those for ordinary appointments.
If emergency attendance, inspection, diagnosis, repair work, transportation, or other service has already been provided, the completed portion is generally not refundable.
Maintenance and inspection services
Plumbing maintenance and inspection services may include checking fixtures, pipes, valves, drainage areas, water connections, visible plumbing components, and other parts of a plumbing system.
Customers may request maintenance or inspection services to identify possible problems, support normal plumbing operation, or understand the condition of particular plumbing components.
If a maintenance visit or inspection has already been completed, the related service charge is generally not refundable simply because no major plumbing problem was identified.
Service results
We aim to provide careful, reliable, and professional plumbing services. However, plumbing conditions can vary from one property and service appointment to another. The final result may depend on pipe condition, fixture age, accessibility, existing damage, hidden plumbing conditions, water pressure, previous repairs, and other practical circumstances.
A difference between a customer's personal expectation and the reasonable result of a completed plumbing service does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where appropriate, the plumbing team may review the concern and discuss a reasonable correction, follow-up visit, or practical solution.
Additional services
During a plumbing appointment, additional work may sometimes be recommended because of the condition of the plumbing system, newly identified damage, accessibility, required replacement parts, safety considerations, or other circumstances discovered during the service.
Additional services should be discussed with the customer before they are performed whenever reasonably possible. Customers may ask questions about additional work, expected time, materials, replacement components, repair methods, or other service details before approving the work.
If an additional service has been requested and approved by the customer, the related charge is generally not refundable once the additional work has been completed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate plumbing information and ensuring that the service area is reasonably accessible for the agreed appointment. Important access instructions, property conditions, fixture locations, parking information, building requirements, or other practical details should be communicated before the appointment whenever possible.
Customers should identify known leaks, damaged fixtures, fragile areas, unusual plumbing conditions, previous repairs, or other circumstances that may affect the requested work before plumbing service begins.
Customers should also remove personal belongings, documents, valuables, and other items from the immediate work area whenever possible so that the plumbing team can access the relevant fixtures, pipes, drains, or equipment.
Property and plumbing condition
Customers are encouraged to inform the plumbing team about existing damage, previous repairs, older plumbing components, recurring leaks, known drainage problems, unusual water pressure, or other conditions that may affect the requested service.
The condition of pipes, fixtures, connections, walls, floors, cabinets, drains, and other surrounding areas may affect how plumbing work can be performed. Existing damage, worn materials, hidden conditions, previous modifications, or other circumstances may require additional attention.
Where appropriate, the plumbing team may discuss handling requirements, practical limitations, recommended repairs, or possible additional work before proceeding.
Parts and materials
Some plumbing services may require replacement parts, fittings, pipes, valves, seals, fixtures, connectors, or other materials. The type and quantity of materials required may depend on the nature of the plumbing problem and the condition of the existing system.
If materials or replacement components have been specifically prepared, supplied, or installed for an approved plumbing service, the related costs may not be refundable once they have been used or committed to the service.
Payment information
Refunds, when approved, are normally returned using the original payment method used for the relevant purchase. The plumbing services team does not normally provide cash refunds for payments originally made through another payment method.
The time required for an approved refund to appear in an account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial service involved in processing the original payment.
Any approved refund may cover only the amount that has been determined to be refundable after reviewing the relevant plumbing service, appointment, payment, and cancellation information.
How to request a refund
To request a refund review, please provide your name, plumbing service details, appointment information, approximate payment date, amount paid, and a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Where relevant, you may also provide information about the type of plumbing problem, repair service, installation, maintenance visit, inspection, drain service, leak detection request, or other service connected with the payment.
Providing clear information helps the plumbing services team understand the request and review the relevant appointment, payment, and service details more efficiently. Additional information may be requested when necessary to verify the booking or completed work.
Service concerns
If you are not satisfied with a completed plumbing repair, inspection, drain service, installation, maintenance visit, leak detection service, or other plumbing service, we encourage you to contact the plumbing services team as soon as possible and explain the specific concern.
Where appropriate, the service team may review the original request, discuss the work performed, consider the condition of the plumbing, and determine whether a reasonable correction, follow-up visit, or practical solution is available.
A service concern does not automatically mean that a refund will be approved. Depending on the circumstances, additional attention, a correction, a follow-up visit, replacement work, or another practical solution may be considered instead.
Review process
Each refund request is reviewed based on the circumstances of the payment, the type of plumbing service purchased, whether the service was used or completed, the applicable cancellation conditions, and any relevant communication with the customer.
The requested plumbing service, work already performed, technician time, materials used, replacement parts, appointment history, customer instructions, approved additional services, property conditions, and other relevant details may also be considered when reviewing a request.
Review timing
Refund requests are normally reviewed within a reasonable period after the required payment and appointment information has been received. More complicated requests may require additional time if the plumbing services team needs to confirm service details, payment information, appointment history, materials used, or previous communication.
If a refund is approved, the plumbing services team will normally process it to the original payment method. The final processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Questions about payments
If you notice an incorrect charge, have a question about a plumbing appointment, or need help understanding a repair, installation, maintenance, inspection, drain, or emergency plumbing payment, you are welcome to contact the plumbing services team before submitting a formal refund request.
We encourage customers to report payment issues or service concerns as soon as possible so that the matter can be reviewed while the relevant appointment and service information is still available.
Policy updates
This Refund Policy may be updated when our plumbing services, repair options, installation services, maintenance procedures, appointment processes, payment methods, or general plumbing practices change. The current version of the policy applies to refund requests reviewed after the latest update.
Changes may also be made when new plumbing services are introduced, existing procedures are adjusted, or appointment and payment processes are improved. The purpose of any update is to keep this policy consistent with the way the plumbing services operate.
